Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract PLUS Detox Cleanse Review

I've had the opportunity to try the Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract PLUS Detox Cleanse for free in return for my unbiased opinion. I have always been the type of person that's not quick to try new diets. Other than occasionally (and I say that loosely) monitoring my food intake, I've tried maybe a few diet pills or appetite suppressants. So when I began taking the Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract PLUS Detox Cleanse, I was not convinced that it would work for me. I've taken them for over a week and I must say, I have noticed an appetite decrease. Within the past week, I've lost almost 2 pounds. It may not sound like a lot but for me, it's a huge accomplishment. My goal is to lose between 10-20 pounds and this may just be the start I need. The recommended daily dose for the Garcinia Cambogia is 800mg twice a day, 30 minutes before meals ( 2 capsules twice a day). That's simple instructions but I'm the type to forget to take my medications so I didn't always take it twice daily. The capsules are a little big so if you have a hard time taking pills, this may not be for you. The good thing is the capsules don't leave an aftertaste. I've added extra water to my diet and my energy level has gone up. I've tried the Detox Cleanse for a few days and it has helped to regulate me. It's a 7-day cleanse but I'm not going to do all 7 days. I'm a busy mom and I just don't have time to be stuck in the bathroom. I haven't noticed any bloating or stomach discomfort with the Detox Cleanse which was a concern of mine. I would say the Detox Cleanse is more of a gentle laxative so it's not harsh on your stomach. Overall, I really like the results I've had with Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract PLUS Detox Cleanse. I plan to continue using the product in hopes of reaching my weight loss goal.
