I've had the opportunity to receive for free the Instant Read Digital Food Thermometer by Pico in return for my unbiased review. The thermometer is a nice little gadget to have on hand-whether you're grilling or cooking in the kitchen. I really like the 7" foldable stainless steel probe-- it not only makes it easy to store but it makes it easy to actually check the temperatures without the fear of getting burned. The thermometer is very accurate and reads quickly. The display button is easy to read and you can toggle between celsius & fahrenheit. It has an accuracy of  so you can be sure of the temp of your meat. I've used the thermometer while cooking a boston butt and I had no issues with placing the probe in it. It's very convenient to keep in my kitchen drawer and grab when needed. It's waterproof and very easy to clean. I really like this handy thermometer and it's great from grilling, baking, deep frying  to home brewing. A really nice product.
