I absolutely love cooking with garlic but I absolutely hate chopping it. Sometimes I purchase the pre-minced garlic but it's just not the same. Finally, an innovative way to have my chopped garlic without the the smelly hands or cut fingers. I received Chef's Mate Rapid Garlic Press in return for my honest review and I love it. This garlic press is adorable. It's small and compact so is easy storage for any busy kitchen. It has stainless steel blades that chop perfectly.Very simple to use, you simply peel your garlic, place in the press then do what the name says-- press down for perfectly chopped garlic. The plastic bin catches the pressed garlic and easily slides out. It also comes with an extra set of blades. This press is dishwasher safe and comes with a cleaning brush.
