I received Limm Jump Rope in return for my unbiased review. Limm Jump Rope is a 9.8 ft. high speed rope. It's very sturdy and durable. Its a perfect weight and is also kink free. The rope is adjustable for any height. I can workout with this rope at 5'5", then my husband can use it at 5'11". My nine year old can even use this jump rope. There are removable plastic pieces at the top of the handles which is where you can adjust the length of the rope. It has a ball bearing system that allows the rope to turn smoothly and precisely while you are jumping. The rope is easy to grasp. The handles are made of foam and are comfortable to use.
