Derma rollers are used to stimulate the skin to encourage the regeneration of new skin, which heals acne scars, blackheads, blemishes and more. I've never tried a derma roller but have problems with blemishes so I was excited to use this roller. It's easy to use. You must first cleaner the microderma with alcohol. I wash my face before I begin. I gently roll the derma roller in four directions, mainly over my acne scars and blemishes. After I finish, I've been applying vitamin C as directed. It's been a few weeks and my blemishes aren't as noticeable. Although it's recommended to use every other day, I will forget but I have used it atleast 3 times weekly. It doesn't hurt to use this roller. It hasn't bruised or cut my skin. I'm impressed with using something as simple as a derma roller will produce results.
