This light is made of an aluminum alloy casing which makes it extra durable and increases impact resistant. This is really a must-have for my 9 year old. It has a flexible rubber gasket which makes attachment very simple. No tools are required and my son can install the light himself. It's just as easy to take off as it is to put on. The LED light is very bright and makes for a great safety feature. It has 3 modes of brightness - solid, fast-strobe and slow-strobe. It gives more peace of mind when he rides his bike at dusk. The light will definitely be noticed before a vehicle comes close. This light is water resistant so if it gets wet, it doesn't damage the light. This is a versatile light, not only can it be attached to the bike, it can also be used on the helmet, stroller, backpack, etc. I can use this light on my son's stroller when I take an evening walk.
