FitWellYou Therapy Exercise Resistance Band Set is a very durable resistance band set. Included with this set is 3 different sized bands and a door anchor. My son has used other bands in the past and really likes these bands. There are 3 bands- a light 10# yellow band, a medium 13# red band and a heavy 16# blue band. These bands are very flexible and well made. They won't tear, roll or break. These bands are very long and can be used on both legs and arms. They really help to work different areas. they are long enough to go around your back and still work your arms. These are thick bands -no flimsy like others we've had. These are great bands for stretching, adding muscle or even recovering from an injury. A very nice, high quality set of bands. I received these bands in return for my honest review.
