It helps to nourish, repair and moisturize lashes and eyebrows, resulting in fuller, longer and thicker lashes. This serum is easy to apply. For eyelashes, after cleaning and drying face, apply a thin layer on the base of the upper eyelid- moving from the inner corner outward. For eyebrows, apply thin layer to eyebrows. I've been following the directions and applying this serum twice a day. It's non irritating and doesn't burn my skin or eyes.
