I had the opportunity to receive Kichin Flexible Cutting Board in return for my unbiased review. It's made of food grade silicone. It's an eco-friendly silicone and is BPA free & FDA approved. This is a very nice cutting board. It has a 100% non slip grip. This allows it to stay in place on the countertop while cutting and slicing. I can chop my veggies and the pick up the cutting board to pour them into my pots or pans. It's a very convenient, easy way to slice and cook.It has a groove on one side that runs along the outside of the cutting board to keep juices from flowing out onto the countertop. It's very sturdy and it holds up well to slices and dices of the knife. Clean up is a breeze. It's easy to wash and it's also dishwasher safe. Overall, a nice, high quality flexible cutting board.
