It can be used in many areas in your body, including arms, neck and shoulders, back, low back, legs, feet, joints etc. It can be used for a variety of reasons including stiff neck, muscle pains from over-exercise or stretch, numbness from some chronic condition, carpal-tunnel syndrome and more. I had the opportunity to receive Santamedical PM-180 Tens Unit Electronic Pulse Massager in return for my honest review. This is a neat, portable device. It comes with instructions on how to use it. It's lightweight and small, which makes it easy to travel with this device. This massager comes with 4 electrodes which is nice. They stick well and having an extra set is great for my husband to use it, too. There are 2 sets of electrode wires, a wall unit charger, usb cable and pads & wires collector. I love that it comes with a rechargeable battery. I canpack this up and not need an outlet to use it. This is a very powerful device. It works really well at relieving muscle pain. I've used it on my shoulders and back. It has 8 modes of operation. I've only tried 2 different modes and they were more than enough for me. Overall, this is a great, high quality device that works great for muscle aches and pains. I'm really enjoying the benefits.
