They have a velcro closure that fastens snugly. They fit 'like a glove'. These are lightweight gloves and fit my hands perfectly. Made of navy blue lycra & dove grey amara synthetic leather, they're very stylish. I like wearing these gloves while doing yard work. I can put them on when I rake the yard and my hands won't get raw or blistered. I've also worn these gloves while helping my mother-in-law in the garden. They do a great job at protecting my palms. I can still hold garden tools comfortably with these gloves. My mother-in-law saw them and now I've got to get a pair for her. A great set of gloves.
