I received Borolux Pie Dish in return for my unbiased review. I was very impressed with the size and the quality of this dish. It's a beautifully made dish. The interior of the pie dish measures 7.5 x 1.5 inches and holds up to 6 cups. It is a very large and sturdy pie pan. It's made of industrial strength borosilicate glass. The glass is shatter-proof at 650ºF!! This glass is thick and heavy duty. Much higher quality compared other other pie pans I've had in the past. It's a very sturdy and durable pan. The size of the pan makes it great for feeding large families or large crowds. It makes super-sized pies, casseroles, etc. I have a large family and I've used this pan to make jumbo pies. I've made a pecan cheesecake pie in this pan. It's the perfect size though the pie doesn't last long in my household. It's great for reheating food and the wide-fluted rim makes it easy to grab and and hold. Overall, I am very impressed with this pie pan. It's made to last and is a must have for any kitchen.
