I had the opportunity to receive Elegana 10 Piece Premium Ceramic Knife Set in return for my unbiased review. This is a very nice ceramic knife set. Included in this set are one green 3" paring ceramic knife, one yellow 4" fruit ceramic knife, one red 5" Santoku ceramic knife, one blue 6" Chef ceramic knife, four color protective sheaths, one ceramic peeler and one polishing microfiber cloth. The knife blades are made of a high quality ceramic and are very sharp. They slice meats, fruits & vegetables effortlessly. The handles have a nice grip and are comfortable to use. I love the bright colors. They give my kitchen much needed brightness and flair. The peeler is very sturdy and work great at peeling potatoes. This set is easy to clean.
