FSL Patriot Electronic Earmuffs are designed to block out loud sounds while amplifying quieter sounds. This is a sturdy pair of earmuffs. The steel headband is padded and adjustable and the ear cushions are made of a very soft sponge. These earmuffs are comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. My dad is a hunter. He has been doing it for years and has used several different earmuffs. These are perfect for him. They use 2 AA batteries which are easily changed. He loves how these earmuffs block the loud gunshots but allow him to hear and have a conversation with his hunting buddies without taking the earmuffs off.He's really impressed with how comfortable they are and how well they work.
