This is a "ready to go" out of the package car mount.  It's a very sturdy mount that looks really sleek. It is easy to use. My son really needed a car mount. He just throws his phone in the seat and reaches for it if it rings. This mount gives him the perfect view of his phone while driving. It's a one hand mounting system that's compatible with smartphones up to 6" wide. It attaches securely to the dashboard. The suction is really strong and holds well. It stays in place even on bumpy drives.  The clamping mechanism is simple to use. It's easy to place and remove phone from the mount. The clamp holds the phone snugly. It's easily adjusted for the right view. This mount is a universal holder  and can be used for any flat surface like countertops or desk. Overall, this is a high quality car mount.
