It's nicely stitched and the fabric is soft. I have a four year old who can't wait to lose his first tooth. He is very excited about his tooth fairy pillow. With my older boys, we simply placed the tooth under the pillow and slipped in and replaced it with money. This is a great keepsake pillow that will make those moments even more special. It's nice to have this pillow for the tooth instead of searching under a regular pillow for the tooth without waking up the child. There is a small pocket on the back where the tooth can be kept and where coins can be slid in. It's a very adorable pillow.
