It's made of stainless steel and looks very sleek. This grinder is easy to use. We've used this grinder for peppercorn and sea salt. Simply unscrew each end of the grinding mill to fill the chambers with salt and pepper. The grinding size can be adjusted by simply turning the adjustment wheel in the direction of largest to smallest marker. This grinder has really added flavor to meals. Nothing beats the taste of freshly ground spices. There is a huge difference when using fresh spices and I absolutely love using this grinder. My husband likes to use it when seasoning his meats for the grill. There are no leaks or messy spills. Overall, this is a high quality, sturdy and useful grinder. Very nice.
