There's a nice aroma when opening the box. These bombs are made of essential oils and there are instructions included which explains what each bomb consists of. If you need a good night's sleep, there's "Catching ZZZZ" which has lavender oil which helps you get a good night's sleep. If you need some energy, there's "Revive", which has a with citrus blend with peppermint. There is "Spa Day", containing cocoa butter and honey that moisturizes dry skin. "Inspiration" with jasmine and ylang ylang helps to relax. "Pure Romance" boosts sensuality with rose and sandalwood essential oils. Then there's "Stiff Muscles" that contains ginger and lemongrass, which helps with pain and stress. These bombs are easy to use, just run a nice warm or hot bath, drop in a bomb and watch it fizz. Then enjoy!! I have absolutely loved using this set. The first bath bomb I tried was the "Spa Day". The scent was so relaxing. My skin was left feeling smooth and soft.
