I am a coffee fanatic. I'm a "Don't talk to me until I've had my cup" type of girl. I've tried many different brands but have maybe one or two favorites. I'm not one to turn down a cup of coffee and was super-excited when I had the opportunity to try this bag of coffee. CoffeeCrazy Premium Organic, Fair Trade French Roast Whole Bean Coffee is a top secret blend of 100% organically grown Central American & South American specialty beans. It's a a medium/full body blend. This coffee is Fair Trade Licensed, USDA Certified Organic and non-GMO. It's a nice sized 12 oz bag of whole bean coffee. When I opened the bag, my mouth watered from the scent. It smells so good. This coffee tastes as good as it smells. I prefer a medium to strong cup of coffee. If I can see the bottom of my cup, it's not strong enough. I was very satisfied with the taste. It's not too strong but doesn't taste like you're drinking flavored water. It has the classic deep french roast taste and is very smooth tasting. This is definitely a great tasting coffee and is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
