Pavandeep Exercise Stability Ball is a heavy duty exercise ball. It's thick and sturdy. It's made of a high quality PVC plastic. Included is an air pump. It's one of those basic plastic foot pumps. It 's easy to connect but takes awhile to pump. Pumping the ball is a workout itself. There is a plastic stem that when closed seals well. There is no leaking. After the first pump, it's recommend to re-pump the ball in a few days. This is a large ball. It's 65 CM and is great to use. The resistance is up to 2000 lbs of pressure!! It has textured lines to keep you from slipping off. This ball supports my weight and is very sturdy even when I bounced on it. It's great for stretching and relieving back pain. I've used it for stretching and toning my abs and thighs, too. It feels really good! My kids think that it's a play ball and love playing with it!!
