USimplySeason Beechwood Short Salt and Pepper Grinder is a high quality grinder. The body is made of a very sturdy and thick glass. It holds almost 4.5 oz of salt or pepper blends. I have a special mix of sea salt and peppercorn in this grinder. It has special hardened ceramic grinding rotors that are non-corrosive and adjustable. With this grinder, I can customize the grind size from coarse through fine. The top is made of a beautiful beechwood. I love the look of this grinder. It looks great in any kitchen. The top fits snugly and doesn't leak. It seals tightly to keep the mix nice and fresh. The upside-down storage design keeps the loose spices inside the pepper and salt grinder tops. I hate it when other grinders spill out and make a mess. This one works great and keeps the mess to a minimum. Overall, this is a high quality, stylish and convenient grinder.
