It feels smooth and I love the dark brown color. It's well stitched and is heavy duty. The shoulder strap is sturdy and can be easily adjusted. The zipper closes securely. I have used this bag for quick outings. I have used it as a mini diaper bag. I can throw a few diapers, wipes, an extra outfit--all in this bag easily. There are two zippered pockets - one on the inside and one on the outside. There are also two pockets on the inside with no closures. The smaller inside pockets are perfect for me to store my cell phone when I just want to carry one bag. This messenger bag can be used for so many different things.
