Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream #Review #MaxasorbMelatonin

I received Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream for free in return for my unbiased review. Melatonin is the hormone that controls your day/night cycles of sleep. If you have sleep disorders such as insomnia, you may suffer from low melatonin. If you travel and suffer from jet lag or you work swing shifts, you may also benefit from a melatonin supplement. Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream is a lotion that is absorbed through your skin. It has a pump that delivers 3 mg of melatonin with a full press. It contains all natural ingredients and is for adults age 18 and older (if under age 18, you must consult a physician before use). I have trouble getting a full night's rest and really haven't done anything to deal with it. I figured I could try this product and see if I notice a difference in my sleep patterns. I've found that it's smooth and easy to apply. I apply one pump (3 mg) before bedtime. Using it for over a week, I have noticed that I feel more rested when I awake. I don't apply it until I'm sure I'm ready to go to sleep. Between this cream and facebook, it doesn't take long once my head hits the pillow. If you're looking for a sleep aid and hate taking pills like me, this may be the product for you.
