NS Minerals Duo Pigments for Eyeshadow, Highlighter, Blush, Makeup, Nails is a very unique multi-purpose product. This line by NS Minerals are duo pigments that compliment each other. I received the Skyline/ Empower combination. These are very beautiful colors- Skyline is a medium grey tone and Empower is a medium brown tone. I like to use my NS Minerals Duo Pigments as eyeshadow. It applies smoothly and the colors look absolutely gorgeous. NS Minerals Duo Pigments are available in various shade duos. They can be used not only as eyeshadow, but blush, highlighters, nail colors and more. I plan on mixing some with clear polish to see how it turns out.
