I received 1Easylife Ceramic Knives Ceramic Knife Set in return for my unbiased review. This set includes a peeler, 3" pairing knife, 4" slicing knife, 5" Santoku knife, 6" Chef knife and an acrylic knife block holder. I love the look of this set. It's a black and white set that has a very stylish look. The knife blocker holder is very sturdy. It fans out the knives for easy access and has a holder for the peeler as well. It looks great in my kitchen. The peeler is comfortable to hold and easy to use. It peels apples, potatoes, cucumbers, etc. perfectly. The blade is sharp and makes peeling quick. My husband and I both absolutely love the knives. They are very strong and durable. The blades are made of advanced zirconium ceramic and are permanently sharp. They slice perfectly. We were surprised at how well they cut. I can slice onions, garlic, potatoes, different meats, etc. with ease. They seem to cut better than my stainless steel knives. The handles are ergonomically designed. They are slender and very comfortable to hold. They have a non slippery but smooth finish. These knives are lightweight yet very durable. They have a very sleek and elegant appearance & are built to last. They clean up easily with soap and water. Overall, I am loving this knife set. Very happy with the look and quality.
