It has so many different uses from oil pulling, to moisturizing your hair and skin and fighting acne. It's also has therapeutic effects on brain disorders like Alzheimer's and epilepsy. There are so many uses for coconut oil. This is a thicker consistency than other oils I've tried. It has a really nice tropical smell. This is nice because it smooths over like a lotion when I use it on my skin. It absorbs easily and leaves my skin soft and smooth. It doesn't leave it greasy.
