Chef Cristiane's Brazilian "I'm Hot" Gourmet Hot Sauce #Review #imhotsauce

Chef Cristiane's Brazilian "I'm Hot" Gourmet Hot Sauce is a home-made recipe by Chef Cristiane Pereira of Taste of Brazil Cafe in Chicago. It's made with apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, onions, water, extra virgin olive oil, carrots, malagueta peppers, cane sugar, salt, garlic, and spices. This is a great tasting hot sauce. We normally purchase other brands but this has quickly become a favorite. It has a medium hotness. It not overwhelming but has just enough bang to tell the difference. My husband and boys love dashing hot sauce on everything. They've had this sauce on fish, chicken, pasta, vegetables, etc. I've had to get them to slow down. I'm more picky with what I eat with hot sauce. I had it with fish and OMG!! It was delicious. I'm not quite sure what makes it so good to me but it has just the right amount of everything. It's not too hot so I can enjoy my food when I use it. It gives it just enough kick but it's not burning my mouth. This is a great tasting sauce and the way my family is using it, looks like I'll be ordering another bottle SOON. Highly recommend!! I received this sauce in return for my unbiased review.
