I was so excited to receive Epica 4-in-1 Heavy Duty Hand Blender in return for my unbiased review. This is a high quality hand held blender. It's so easy to use and a must have for any kitchen. From pureeing foods to whisking a sauce or meat rubs, to chopping vegetables, this blender can do it all. I have already gotten so much use from it. We've made homemade milkshakes EVERYDAY!! This is a very sturdy and well made blender. It has 2 modes (high and low) as well as a variable speed dial to help fine tune the speeds. The motor is 350 watts and is very powerful. The on/off switch and turbo modes are easy to use. Simply press and blend. The motor attaches and detaches easily. It wipes clean just as easily. Included is both stainless steel puree and whisk attachments. They are heavy duty and won't rust, break or bend. These are long attachments and there's enough room to use in any container. Also included is a 2-cup chopping bowl. This is a sturdy bowl with measurements engraved on the side. It's perfect for chopping vegetables such as onion, tomatoes, garlic, celery, etc. To use, simply insert the handle into the bowl lid. The motor in the handle spins the bowl's stainless steel chopping blades. It only takes seconds to have freshly chopped fruits or vegetables. A 3-cup blending/storage jar with lid is included as well. The lid fits tightly and securely on this jar. I've used this for making those sumptuous shakes we've had. This is a sturdy acrylic jar that also has measurements engraved on the side. This is great jar for mixing then storing in the fridge. My husband and I can make cocktails and save some for later. This blender is comfortable to hold and a pleasure to use. All of the parts except for the motor are dishwasher safe which makes cleaning a breeze. I am in love with this 4-in-1 blender. I highly recommend it and will definitely continue to enjoy the benefits of having such a very nice, sturdy and high quality blender.
