Roxow Professional Premium Quality Crossfit Jump Rope is a professional and adjustable jump rope. My son loves to workout. He plays basketball and they are in the middle of summer workouts right now. This jump rope is perfect for him. This is a lightweight jump rope. It has a 10 ft. cable which is sturdy and durable. It will definitely last a long time. The handles are 5.5 inches long. They are comfortable and allows easy control of the jump rope. These adjustable handles are easy to maneuver. My 13 yr. old and 9 yr. old can both adjust the rope to fit them. I like that this rope comes with an extra 10 ft. cable and extra screws. With my boys, screws may definitely disappear so it's nice to have extra on hand. This rope also comes with a very nice storage bag. This makes it easy for my 17 yr. old to take the jump rope with him when he goes to the gym. Overall, this is a very nice, high quality jump rope.
